These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the H.U.S.T.L.E. application, website, and related services (the "Service") provided by TLAC NOW L.L.C.("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Authority

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The Service

H.U.S.T.L.E. is an AI-powered companion that provides communication suggestions, behavioral breakdowns, and self-development content directed at men. Outputs are generated by AI models and are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only.

3. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful use, fraud, harassment, stalking, or threats directed at any person.
• No use of outputs to deceive, coerce, manipulate, or harm any individual.
• No degrading, hateful, or discriminatory content directed at women or any group.
• No attempt to interfere with security, scrape data, probe, reverse-engineer, or circumvent technical limits of the Service.
• No infringement of intellectual property rights of any third party.

4. AI Outputs & User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your prompts, how you use AI outputs, and verifying their accuracy. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, psychological, financial, or relationship counseling). Do not rely on AI outputs for decisions with serious consequences without independent professional judgement.

5. Account Security

You must keep your credentials confidential and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account.

6. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Recordfor all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. 7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, branding, content, and prompts, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the Service or its outputs to train competing models.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the Service.

9. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated violations. On termination, you may lose access to content stored in the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where prohibited by law.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify us for claims arising from your content, unlawful use, or breach of these Terms.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
